To fulfill this commitment, we offer a clear returns policy for instances where you might not be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find yourself unhappy with an opened or used product, you can return it for either an exchange (where specified) or a refund, which will be issued on a gift card. Please retain your postage receipt, including the tracking number, as we are only liable for your return once it arrives at our warehouse. Items that are lost in transit will not be considered as returned and hence cannot be exchanged or refunded. This policy does not cover gift cards/e-gift cards, samples, and gifts with purchase. Should you exchange a product for one of lesser value, the difference will be refunded onto a gift card. Our guarantee of satisfaction does not apply to items returned in non-original condition. Note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

BBB will issue a refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible. After processing your refund, it may take up to 5 working days for your card provider to credit your account. To prevent or investigate fraud, we may: (a) contact you if your returns activity appears suspicious, or (b) deactivate any account involved in suspicious activities.
